    They have the worst representatives working. Especially when I have money in limbo just hanging around that I can’t receive because the automated system isn’t smart enough to verify my bank account. Then that forces me to try to contact customer service but guess what? There is NOONE WORKING!

Booksy takes the thinking out of the business part of running a salon. This app has blessed my business in so many ways. Clients are able to book, cancel, reschedule appointments. Clients are able to view photos, prices, and pictures of your work. Booksy does an awesome job reminding clients to share their experience by writing reviews. I can not think of one negative thing to say about this app and I have used it for almost 3 years. Thank you booksy!

    Very inconvenient to book since your client has to download the booksy app. Maybe will come back once the app is not needed. Must not have to download an app to be able to book. A webpage link will work best.

    This is a great app for my clients to use. My only complaint is that it doesn’t link to my phone calendar. It would also be helpful if there was somewhere to put clients chemical services so I would have the formulas on my mobile device.

    It took me a while to post a review but after observing less than a year the review is finally here. The response timing is incredible. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and apologetic. I can’t recall one time being upset and they didn’t come through. 100x better than the competition!!!

    I have had Booksy for almost a year and a half, since I opened my salon studio. At first, everything seemed normal but over time my issues with them have only increased. I have had numerous different reps handling my account and every time I need help it’s either someone completely new, or it’s the same rep with a changed number making them all very hard to reach. I was finally given a customer service number which only redirected me to the app to use their in-app support chat. This does not allow for timely fixes of somewhat urgent matters at all as you have to wait for someone to respond for you, sometimes even a day later. Over the past year I have been *wrongfully charged* MULTIPLE times by booksy. I tried their boost program. This was supposed to bring me new clients and the understanding was that the app would claim new clients brought on by booksy and take 50% of the revenue for their first appointment (similar to Groupon). The problem with that is that the app started claiming almost all of MY OWN clients. You have the option to claim them back but eventually it became too much to individually claim almost every one of my clients. Around the time I noticed this I was charged ~$130 from booksy as a fee for using the boost program. Booksy charged me for 50% of the services for MY OWN clients (not clients gained from their boost program). I had to call and get a refund and ended up turning the feature off altogether. The explanation I received was that because my clients were booking through the booksy app, booksy was assuming they were coming from the boost program and to avoid this my clients would have to book through my Instagram and not the app (if that’s the case, what is the point of having the app??). After a year of using booksy I was eligible for taking cancellation fees and deposits. I tried to set this up but I was told I would need an in person interview to be eligible. A new rep came out to help me. I later individually set up fees for everyone of my services. All of these were set to be appointment deposits, NOT cancellation fees. The app was showing me receipts saying that the transactions for the fees were completed and had been paid by my clients. So this whole time I was discounting my clients $17 (the amount of the fee) off their services. After two weeks I hadn’t received any money from booksy for these fees. I called and they told me that It would take some time for the money to be put in my account. After a month I had still received no money and tried support again. They told me that none of my clients had been charged this whole time because they had saved the payments as cancellation fees instead of deposits. So a whole month of clients I had discounted $17 off all their services and they were never charged the money. Meaning I would never receive that money back. On top of this I had noticed that I was charged over $30 for my subscription instead of the normal $19.99. The rep told me he was going to talk to his bosses and explain these errors to them so they could improve the app. No solution was offered for the fees but I was refunded for the incorrect charge of my subscription. This was last month. Last week booksy charged one of my clients $16 TWICE for a deposit instead of once. This month I check my account and booksy has charged my subscription twice in the same week. I haven’t wanted to leave because all my client information, reviews and revenue has been recorded in this app for a year and a half, but it shouldn’t take trial and error with my bank account for the creators to figure out whether their app works or not. If I could give 0 stars I would. This app is severely lacking in customer service, user friendliness, and efficacy overall and I will be terminating my relationship with them as soon as possible.

    If I could give it 1 star I would. Charges weren’t clarified. Price gouging is unfair to barbershops who are REQUIRED by state to have appointments. A total of $800 was charged in 8 days with fees that could not be explained by customer service. They told us to check “boost” with no other explanation.

    Worst app I have ever used in my life if I could give it no stars I would, they keep disabling my account saying to update my banking info but my banking info is correct then they sent me an email telling me that they were going to refund money back to clients that were already serviced because of whatever issue they were having with their system, and it takes them like 5 days to respond when you have an issue no number to call just a chat like system I wasted my money on this booking app because I’m still having to use other platforms to accept payments because of this app

    This application works half the time and I get emails a day after my appointment has been completed, also you constantly need to check the box that only shows your appointments even if you don’t close it out! It’s garbage!

    I’ve been a customer for two years. When I first signed up it was great no issues! Now everything that could go wrong is going wrong! And when you depend on the site to book your appointments and you can’t even log in your appointments are in turmoil but they still want you to pay on time. And they don’t help you
