    Half the time scrolling through pictures it will bug out. You can pinch to zoom a photo then slide over a couple and it acts like it’s bugged out and won’t zoom on anything. Also, uploading or downloading is one of the most annoying things ever. The task will just sit there... Say I told it to make something available offline. It’ll pop up a window saying it’s making it available. You tap for details and the file size is just sitting there with 0%. It’ll set there for 5-10 minutes before it even takes off. If it even does. Sometimes I just force close the app and reopen to get the download started. It’s very inconsistent.

    The app itself is well organized but my coworkers and I use it for sharing work-related videos and the preview function is basically worthless, forcing the download of dozens of videos just to find the one you’re looking for.

    This app works most of the time on my iPhone, but randomly a few photos refuse to upload. I have tried repeatedly and the same ones fail every time. Also, it never works on my iPad... ever. 🙄

    Box has gotten worse over the last few years. It continues to crash while scrolling in folders. Files take too long to load. I enjoyed using Box more 6 years ago. Update: Nothing has changed with the recent update! Still same issues as stated above! NOT A STABLE APP!

    So I used to love BOX because you could offline save, and there was no limit (unlike other storage apps like google or dropbox/lower storage quota) but now the offline saving has become awful and messy. Nothing saves, it’s “updating” my files 24/7 so I cannot listen to anything saved without WiFi, and even then half the time my files won’t play. I’m pretty disappointing considering how much I loved this app, I hope it fixes soon.

    Having to put in a pin EVERY SINGLE TIME you open the app is tedious and gets in the way of actually being productive. I could see requiring a pin every 30 minutes or something but every time you close there app, even if it is only accidentally for a split second, is borderline ridiculous.

    **Ive noticed soooo many reviews on this app show 5* but if you actually READ the reviews, it’s people like myself who are screaming mad, upset, frustrated, disappointed, everything a ONE STAR review typically shows. NOT FIVE STARS! So this makes me wonder: is Box somehow hacking into the iOS App Reviewing program? It just doesn’t make any sense at all!! I’ve been using Box for years & it just keeps getting worse & worse... I can’t upload more than 10 photos from iPhone, which I take hundreds of photos each day! Do the math on that one, how long I’m fiddling with this app day after day! (I would switch to another program, but simply don’t have the time to learn a new program, re-download thousands of files, continue to run my online boutique- solo, shipping out 100+ orders per day, etc etc..) The offline feature has quit working. So I’ve had to go thru and manually toggle allll my folders back. I keep getting error alerts, currently it’s showing I have 487 ERRORS! I’ve had no choice but to cancel all of them, leaving me completely lost on what files DID & DID NOT fully download! For the price I’m paying for this hideous app, it’s not worth a penny of the frustrations it’s caused & continues to crash on the daily. I am OVER THIS APP & program!! Box refuses to listen to its users, so nothing ever gets “fixed”! They just toss up yet another update that leaves us deeper in the “dark black box” of confusion & frustration! RUN PEOPLE, RUN!! Far away from this Program!

    When opening any website links the app crashes and you can’t get into the app. This is a bug from the new update I’m guessing. I can get into it with my 3D Touch feature to view the app but when clicking on it after it crashes it keeps crashing.

If you have any more than a few files to manage, prepare for the arrival of the messiah and for your life to change. Box is the killer app you were promised. Now repent, you Dropbox savages, there is and can be only 1 true Box, and this is it!

    I remember those days when keeping offline folder went flawlessly. These recent two years, I’ve been waiting patiently for the app to fix keeping offline file problem. Now, it’s impossible to make file offline without hiccup and unfortunately this issue got even worse!

    Box is great! The only thing I wish I could do with it is organize collaborative folders that I don’t own in the way I want to see them in my own box. I have a system to organize my folders that gets messed up every time someone adds me as a collaborator on their folder.

    The app was working just fine until the last update. I was able to listen to audio files continuously even while working in other apps. Now I have to keep the app open and the audio file will shut off randomly between every two and five minutes. Which also means I have to keep tapping the screen every few minutes to keep listening. This isn’t working for me and it’s seriously inconvenient. May have to move everything to Dropbox.
