    I manage 2 Asian markets in the Seattle area. I added the use of this App after we opened our 2nd location and have now been using this App now for about month. In just that time, the number of users has reached over 350. We’ve increased our response time directly with customers which is huge. I love the fact that when we post specials, the App users will get text notifications. These customers are the ones most likely to purchase, and they feel special because they get to know about out specials well before our ads are published in other media. Most importantly, during this short time of mastering the admin side of the App, I’ve sent support a couple of inquiries, and the response via email is usually within 24 -36 hours and we’re always spot on helpful. I’ve since recommended this App to several colleagues in retail and restaurants.

    I recently started using your app and it’s cool but I have a problem with your payment method. Am in Ghana but the payment currency keeps showing dollar $ and I also can’t add the option for my customer to pay upon delivery and that’s what most people are requesting now

    I am only A couple days into this and i was locked out of FB COMPLETELY BECAUSE OF APPSVILLAGE and there is no one to contact. On this day June 4,2020 I gave my cancellation notice so it is being publicly displayed if they do not cancel, it will be on them.

    Honestly speaking. I start a business and trying new stuff to promote, so I ran across this app. Horrible experience. They took $86 out of my account I did not authorize and I also tried to contact them when they took $10 from me for a promotion that you denied me. No email response, no phone number to contact them nothing. It’s a scam. Their stealing people money.

    Terrible app, bad design on mobile, overrides decision NOT to add entire friend list as accepting a friend request.... Content half off page, couldn’t read it all or know which part of buttons that did show were correct selection. It asked to choose 5 friends, only chose 4, did NOT choose to add entire friend list, but it did and notified them as friend request.

    **Update - after speaking to customer service my money for unpublished ads was refunded. Very happy now!! I have spent a good deal of $$ on ads so this made me happy so I updated my review from 3-5 stars. ——————————————————— This app is so wonderful. My only issue is with advertising. I’ve spend a lot of $$ advertising but occasionally I am billed the $5 and the ad never runs and I’m not reimbursed. This has happened 3 times in about 2 weeks. That is $15 I have just thrown away. If I could get that money back I would gladly upgrade this rating to more stars.

    Paid for a year subscription and having issues ever since I paid the same day the app said I had an issue with my payment. I have no form of communication with the app dev and have no access to my app I’m also limited. This really is frustrating especially since the payment wasn’t cheap. Please fix or I need a refund please. Also please inform me of what this app has to offer in the full paid version of their is any additional features at all. Overall good concept satisfied thus far amazing app but ever since the payment issue I’ve been living a beautiful nightmare

    I was very wary after reading the reviews about this app. However, I thought that if I followed the instructions, I would be fine. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Beware, the first six days of your trial. Will be great. You’ll wonder how so many people could leave bad reviews. I promise, the second your payment clears and they have your money, all of your support will be gone. Within a couple days starting to use the app, I had an issue with profiles being tangled together and I was unable to separate them. This was costing me money as some customers were claiming Rewards that did not belong to them. I sent an email to the support team and received a response relatively quickly saying that they would look into it as soon as possible and have a solution for me. Three days later and I have not heard a thing. The only notification I’ve gotten was that my payment was cleared. I sent several other emails to support with not a single response. I tried to use their live chat support and only received an automated responses. This app seems to be a complete scam. Till my issue was resolved, this is my review. I am hoping that they make Good on their word and continue to support the at the Dave building.

    You charge me twice in 2 days. I have sent email after email about this. I have disputed this with my bank. I never had such I bad experience with my apps. I want both refunds and nothing to do with this app! It’s not helpful at all! Basically use my info off my Facebook business page. So unuseful why is there no customer service number. I wonder why because you wrongfully take advantage of business owners! Refund both transactions

    I was about to pay over $10k to get an app built for my business and thank God I stumbled across AppsVillage before I signed a contract and gave them my money! The app they were going to build me did not have any of the functions AppsVillage had! I’m so so so glad i found this app! It does things i wouldn’t have even thought to ask my app developer to make an app do! This is the best app ever and the price is worth every penny!

    I can’t figure out how to use this. I downloaded the app I then logged in using Facebook it gives me options that the app can do. I click save without turning anything off and it cycles back to the Log in with Facebook or Instagram again. I can’t get past it.

It’s definitely worth the Money and your customers that come first come first. They see and are notified of any new updates and sales and coupons or specials immediately.     WORST customer service ever! It takes days for a response and when they do respond they don’t even bother to read your entire email. Plus, I signed up for the month to month service, just to try it out, but they charged me for the entire year. After they gave me the refund, they said that they switched my account back to the MTM plan but failed to bill me correctly. Then they said, we put you on the MTM plan for next year. Miscommunication is only one problem with their service. Nothing but excuses, first they claimed my bank said Do not honor, then they claim refused by bank, now they say they have investigated and I don’t have enough funds, give us another card. You couldn’t pay me enough money to give them another card to abuse. After a month or More of going back-and-forth resolving nothing, I finally decided to cancel the service. My bank confirmed for me that they were hand keying my payment information in for an amount that was not agreed-upon nearly every day. It has taken weeks, WEEKS, get nowhere with them and the problem is still not resolved. I AM DONE. If you really want to build an app for yourself, go to Upwork, hire a freelancer and have somebody build one for you for $1500.

    While setting up the app for one of the Business we have. I entered my business email address. But my personal email is associated with my Business pages. Now I’m stuck and not able to move forward. Tried to get some customer supper help. But he was not able to help. Will wait to hear from them hopefully soon and would love to change the ratings once my account is setup and running. By the way my credit card has already been charged a $1 for verification. Hopefully not get charged even though account is not setup yet.
